As a Registered Nurse, you will provide team leadership within the Resident Home Area. You will supervise, implement, and evaluate overall operations and clinical programs. Your practice follows professional and legislative standards, Pioneer Ridge’s philosophy, and each resident’s needs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee care and services for all residents
- Ensure residents receive appropriate care at the right time
- Coordinate care plans with Registered Practical Nurses
- Support preventative, therapeutic, and rehabilitative resident needs
- Assume care when consultation requires additional support

Requirements:

- Registered Nurse qualification
- Ability to provide individualized resident care
- Ability to supervise clinical programs and operations
- Knowledge of professional and legislative standards
