Configure MEDITECH Expanse Laboratory solutions while supporting workflow analysis, integration, testing, and implementation activities across the Laboratory work stream.

This Application Build Specialist provides Laboratory subject matter expertise throughout the implementation lifecycle. The work includes requirements validation, solution design, configuration, testing, cutover, go-live, and stabilization. Collaboration involves Laboratory leaders, Medical Laboratory Technologists, clinical stakeholders, Informatics, IT, interface teams, vendors, and implementation partners.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide MEDITECH Expanse Laboratory configuration expertise throughout implementation
- Translate clinical workflows into MEDITECH Expanse solutions
- Support dictionaries, rules, workflows, and application configuration
- Integrate instruments, analyzers,



middleware, and external systems
- Participate in testing, cutover, go-live, and stabilization

Requirements:

- Significant hands-on MEDITECH Laboratory implementation experience
- Direct MEDITECH Expanse experience, ideally involving recent implementation
- Strong understanding of hospital Laboratory workflows and operations
- Experience across design, configuration, testing, cutover, and stabilization
- Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
