Gestion Zagora is looking for a Construction Project Coordinator to support the project manager in planning, coordinating and tracking construction and renovation projects in the Montréal area. You will follow schedules, budgets and deliverables, coordinate contractors and suppliers, visit sites and follow quality and safety, and report on progress.Competitive salary. Full-time, on-site.

What you’ll do

- Support the project manager in planning, coordinating and tracking construction and renovation projects
- Follow schedules, budgets and deliverables, and flag delays or problems
- Coordinate work and deliveries with contractors, suppliers and internal teams
- Prepare and manage tender files for upcoming projects
- Gather and compare bids from contractors and suppliers
- Visit sites regularly to check progress, quality and safety
- Prepare and maintain project documents: bids, purchase orders, change orders, permits and meeting minutes
- Give the project manager and stakeholders regular progress updates
- Take part in building inspections and follow deficiencies through to correction

What we’re looking for





- College or university diploma in construction management, building or civil engineering technology, engineering or a related field
- Understands construction processes and can read plans and specifications
- Organised and detail-oriented, able to follow several projects at once
- Strong communication and teamwork
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Valid driver’s licence and able to travel to sites in the Montréal area
- Experience with construction management or scheduling software is an asset
