As Facility Manager II, you will own activity across one or multiple properties totaling 500,000 to one million square feet. You will collaborate with BGIS departments, clients, tenants, and technical teams to operate buildings safely, cost effectively, and efficiently. The work includes building systems, work orders, budgets, vendors, and occupant experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee facility operations across multiple properties and tenants

Requirements:

- Five to ten years in property or facility management
- Strong technical knowledge and building standards understanding
