Build Salesforce solutions with Apex and Lightning Web Components as a remote Salesforce Platform Developer, preferably based in Toronto. Occasional office visits may be required.

Reporting to the Director of Enterprise Applications at Altus Group, you will design, develop, test, and maintain secure Salesforce solutions. Your work includes Flow, SOQL, integrations, automation, releases, performance, and platform stability. You will translate business and technical requirements into maintainable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and develop Salesforce solutions using Apex and Lightning Web Components
- Build integrations with enterprise applications through APIs
- Support source control, CI/CD, testing, and production deployments
- Contribute to code reviews and technical design reviews




- Maintain AI-enabled capabilities including Agentforce and Einstein

Requirements:

- Hands-on Salesforce development experience with Apex, LWC, Flow, and SOQL
- Experience supporting integrations and understanding governor limits
- Familiarity with source control, CI/CD, and release management
- Ability to assess requirements and balance configuration with custom development
- Transparent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders
