The successful candidate will lead staff, manage inventory and purchasing, monitor financial performance, and maintain excellent customer service while ensuring compliance with applicable Alberta liquor regulations. Responsibilities Oversee daily store operations and ensure company policies are followed. Recruit, train, schedule, supervise, and evaluate staff. Manage inventory, purchasing, stock levels, and merchandising. Monitor sales, budgets, revenues, expenses, and store performance. Oversee cash handling, point-of-sale procedures, and payroll processing. Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints. Develop strategies to improve sales and customer satisfaction. Maintain a protected,



organized, and professional retail environment. Ensure compliance with applicable liquor regulations and company procedures. Qualifications Minimum 3 years of retail management experience. Experience supervising, training, and scheduling employees. Knowledge of inventory management, retail sales, and cash handling. Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and basic financial reporting. Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. English-language proficiency to communicate effectively with staff, customers, and suppliers. Availability to work a flexible retail schedule, including evenings and weekends as required.
