# Laundromat Attendant – Wash & Fold / Customer Service **Location:** Toronto, Ontario **Job Type:** Full-Time / Part-Time We are looking for a **reliable, friendly and hardworking Laundromat Attendant** to join our team in Toronto. This position involves assisting laundromat customers, handling wash-and-fold laundry orders, and operating a small convenience store kiosk within the location. We are looking for someone who is responsible, organized, comfortable multitasking and able to work independently. ### Responsibilities **Laundromat & Wash-and-Fold Services** - Assist customers with washers, dryers and general inquiries - Receive, sort, wash, dry and neatly fold customer laundry - Accurately label, organize and prepare laundry orders for pickup - Ensure customer clothing and belongings are handled with care - Keep machines,



folding areas and the facility clean and organized - Monitor equipment and report any maintenance issues **Convenience Store Kiosk** - Assist customers with retail purchases - Operate the cash register and process payments - Restock shelves and organize merchandise - Monitor inventory and report items that need replenishing - Maintain a clean and presentable retail area ### Qualifications - Reliable, punctual and trustworthy - Friendly with good customer service skills - Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Comfortable handling cash and using a point-of-sale system - Physically able to stand for extended periods and handle laundry loads - Previous retail, laundry or customer service experience is an asset **Previous laundromat experience is not required.
