Cousins Coffee Ltd. is looking for a friendly, motivated and dependable Retail Sales Associate to join our team! We specialize in K-Cup coffee, whole-bean coffee, coffee makers, brewing equipment and all the accessories that go along with enjoying a great cup of coffee. Job Responsibilities Welcome customers and provide friendly, knowledgeable customer service. Assist customers with selecting K-Cup coffee, whole-bean coffee and other coffee products. Promote and sell coffee machines, brewers, accessories and related equipment. Learn our product lines and help customers find the products that best suit their needs. Operate the cash register and process customer purchases. Stock shelves, organize displays and maintain an attractive retail environment. Assist with inventory, merchandising and general store duties. Help build customer relationships and encourage repeat business.



What We Are Looking For A friendly, outgoing personality with a positive attitude. Strong customer service and communication skills. An interest in sales and helping customers. Dependable, organized and able to work independently. Comfortable learning about different coffee products and brewing equipment. Previous retail or sales experience is an asset, but not required.
