Within Huawei Canada’s Quality & Operation Department, you will solve real HR problems through software and intelligent agents. The work includes LLM solutions, prompt engineering, RAG pipelines, vector databases, secure integrations, and automated workflows. You will also support safe, compliant handling of employee and candidate information.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and deploy AI-powered HR applications
- Develop LLM workflows using prompt engineering and RAG
- Maintain AI agents with human-in-the-loop safeguards
- Create secure HRIS and ATS system integrations
- Test AI systems handling sensitive employee and candidate information
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent hands-on technical experience
- Two-plus years of professional software development experience
- Solid Python and/or JavaScript/TypeScript proficiency
- Experience with LLMs, RAG systems, or AI agent frameworks
- Knowledge of privacy regulations and secure software practices
