The Operations Supervisor coordinates driver activities and supports efficient, safe operations. This supervisory position requires dispatch or logistics experience, TMW knowledge, strong communication, and leadership. You will support drivers, customers, HSE activities, training, and documented procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate driver operations while reinforcing safety and service discipline
- Report safety and service incidents promptly to management
- Support HSE programs and onsite emergency response
- Train recent team members and reinforce procedures
- Respond to escalated customer complaints and operational inquiries
Requirements:
- Three to five years dispatch, transportation, or logistics experience
- At least one year in lead or supervisory capacity
- Proficiency with TMW or similar transportation systems
- Strong Microsoft Office Suite computer skills
- Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and after-hours coverage
