Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, this full time Industrial Maintenance Millwright installs, inspects, adjusts, and repairs equipment. The work includes automated systems, machinery, safety devices, and preventive maintenance. You will respond to equipment failures, maintain required standards, and work independently or as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Read diagrams and schematic drawings to determine work procedures
- Install machinery and mechanical equipment using layout plans
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, maintain, and repair mechanical systems
- Fabricate maintenance parts using machine tools and welders
- Process work orders and preventive maintenance through computerized systems
Requirements:
- Completed Red Seal Millwright 433A program
- Minimum five years of experience preferred
- Knowledge of motors, hydraulics, vacuum, pneumatic, heating, and cooling systems
- Ability to operate forklifts, scissor lifts, and man lifts
- Willingness to work all shifts and extended hours
