As a Real Time Systems Analyst I, you will support the System Operations Center through process control monitoring and maintenance. Your work includes Windows and Linux administration, database management, network equipment support, and security monitoring. You will also help maintain compliance with Alberta Reliability Standards for Critical Infrastructure Protection.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor SCADA, EMS, and ADMS hardware and software
- Maintain databases, backups, archives, and user accounts
- Troubleshoot Linux, Windows, and process control problems
- Monitor system security, logs, patches,



and antivirus definitions
- Participate in mandatory on-call support rotation

Requirements:

- Diploma in computer or network engineering technology
- Two years’ experience across three or more listed technical areas
- Experience administering Windows and Linux operating systems
- Robust analytical, communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills
- Valid Class 5 operator’s license
