Luxoft seeks a Program Manager with PMO leadership experience in a lead role. The position supports Fenergo and Client Lifecycle Management initiatives involving KYC, AML, Anti-Terrorist Financing, financial crime compliance, derivative reform, and investor protection regulations. You will understand business processes, address design issues, and support delivery activities across the Software Delivery Lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead program management office activities for a Canada-based client
- Gather and document business requirements with client stakeholders
- Understand client business models and processes




- Drive resolution of design issues with clients
- Support training, documentation, and knowledge transfer activities

Requirements:

- Program Management Office leadership experience in a lead role
- Capital Markets Technology leadership background
- Knowledge of Client Lifecycle Management and compliance fields
- University education or demonstrable relevant knowledge
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, planning, and prioritization skills
