This mid- to senior-level position coordinates calibration across the organization. You will perform verification, testing, maintenance, and troubleshooting while supporting traceability and applicable procedures. The work involves calibration software, technical documentation, and guidance for junior technicians and cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate organizational calibration activities, schedules, and external services
- Perform hands-on calibration, verification, and equipment testing
- Maintain records, certificates, procedures, and traceability documentation
- Investigate out-of-tolerance conditions and measurement issues
- Support audits and guide junior calibration technicians
Requirements:
- Five or more years in calibration, metrology, or instrumentation
- Technical diploma or certificate, or equivalent experience
- Experience with calibration management software or systems
- Understanding of tolerances, accuracy, precision, and traceability
- Legal authorization to work in Canada without sponsorship
