Gestion Zagora in Montréal is seeking a Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of our Montréal portfolio, maintain strong tenant and vendor relationships, and drive the properties’ operational and financial performance.
You will supervise maintenance, coordinate vendors and contractors, inspect units, track requests, manage leases, monitor rent collection, and prepare reports with the Leasing, Accounting and Maintenance teams; in office Monday to Friday.
