Associate Security and Facilities Officer at UN. Grade: NO-A. Location: Kingston, Canada. Application deadline: 1 December 2026. Under the overall guidance of the Chef de Cabinet and the direct supervision of the Director, OAS, the Associate Security and Facilities Officer will be responsible for the following duties:
Security and Safety
- Assists in implementing established security and safety measures at ISA premises, in line with ISA procedures, UNSMS requirements and UNDSS guidance.
- Carries out routine security and safety inspections of the premises, records findings and reports issues to the supervisor for action.
- Assists in organizing emergency preparedness activities, such as evacuation drills, staff security briefings and training, and keeps the staff emergency contact list up to date.
