Provide PACU nursing care at Regina Surgical Centre with patient assessment and surgical recovery expertise in a part time position.

Clearpoint Health Network is hiring a part time Registered Nurse for Regina Surgical Centre’s post-anesthetic care unit. The RN assesses, treats, and educates patients undergoing surgical procedures while teaching, counselling, and advocating for patients and families. This work requires critical thinking, problem solving, decision making, and effective communication. The centre supports ophthalmology, orthopedics, general surgery, plastic and reconstructive surgery, cosmetic surgery, vascular, urology, and pediatric dental services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assess, treat, and educate patients undergoing surgical procedures
- Document patient care appropriately in medical records




- Collaborate and communicate with the healthcare team
- Protect patients through infection control and medication procedures
- Support current staff orientation and facility integration

Requirements:

- Accredited nursing education program completion
- Active or eligible Saskatchewan nursing registration and practice permit
- Current BCLS-HCP, ACLS, and PALS certification
- Strong assessment, organization, communication, and team interaction skills
- Ability to work staggered or extended shifts
