- Design special-order cakes according to customer preferences
- Build, ice, and decorate bakery products for business demand

- Complete production, spoilage, and adjusted production records

Requirements:

- Strong cake and pastry decorating abilities
- Experience with Swiss, American, and other specified icings
- Explicit, respectful communication with customers, vendors, and Team Members
- Completion of Bakery Decorator Apprentice training or equivalent experience
- Professional bakery or grocery retail experience preferred
