N95 respirator fit testing expertise meets healthcare education at Stenberg College in Kamloops, BC. This is a part-time, on-site contract role.

The Fit Tester supports Health Care students and instructors preparing for clinical placements or workplaces requiring respiratory protection. You will conduct qualitative N95 testing, teach mask procedures, maintain records, and follow applicable health and safety standards. Certification through SafeCare BC or Fraser Health is required, or you may complete it before starting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct qualitative N95 fit testing using approved protocols
- Teach donning, doffing, and user seal checks
- Maintain accurate fit testing documentation and records
- Sanitize equipment and coordinate testing schedules




- Follow infection control and occupational safety procedures

Requirements:

- SafeCare BC or Fraser Health Fit Tester certification
- Healthcare, fit testing, or occupational safety experience is an asset
- Solid communication skills for educating diverse learners
- Organized, self-motivated approach with time management skills
- Basic computer and administrative record-keeping skills
