The Accounts Payable Specialist supports daily accounts payable and basic accounting functions for a manufacturing client. You will match purchase orders, reconcile expenses, process vendor payments, and allocate job costs. Collaboration with accounting and purchasing teams supports accurate, timely transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review invoices against purchase orders and packing slips
- Investigate discrepancies and enter approved invoices
- Reconcile and post accounts payable batches

Requirements:
