Support Alderwood residents through personal care, daily living assistance, and respectful communication while working in person across 12-hour shifts.

As a Continuing Care Assistant, you will promote holistic care and independence within your employment scope and Continuing Care Assistant standards. The work requires resident-focused accountability, collaboration with Alderwood team members, and attention to mental, physical, spiritual, emotional, and social needs. Full-time, part-time, permanent, and casual options are available.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide personal care, bathing, dressing, and ambulation assistance
- Support repositioning, activities, and resident programming
- Communicate clearly and professionally with residents and coworkers




- Monitor behaviour changes and consult RN or LPN when required
- Document and report according to Alderwood policies

Requirements:
