- Meet customers face-to-face and start friendly conversations
- Ask a few questions to understand what they're looking for
- Introduce products and services and explain their benefits
- Help customers choose suitable options and complete their purchases
- Answer questions and assist with customer requests
- Keep customer information and sales records up to date
- Learn about new products and offers through regular training
- Work with your team to reach daily sales goals
