Nu-Vue Exteriors Ltd. is looking for a motivated, customer-focused Outside Sales Representative to join our team in Kamloops.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, developing new business and working directly with customers. You'll play an important role in growing our customer base while helping coordinate projects from the initial conversation and quotation through to completion.

We're looking for someone who is personable, organized, self-motivated and comfortable balancing sales activities with estimating, customer service and communication across multiple departments.

What You'll Be Doing

- Develop new business opportunities and build lasting relationships with new and existing customers.
- Schedule and attend customer meetings, sales appointments and job site visits.
- Promote Nu-Vue's products, services and capabilities.
- Prepare accurate quotations and estimates using site measurements, drawings, photographs and project specifications.
- Calculate material quantities and requirements to support accurate project pricing.
- Follow up on outstanding quotations and maintain consistent communication with customers.
- Coordinate project details, customer approvals and specifications with production, installation and administrative teams.
- Keep customers informed about pricing, products, timelines and project expectations.
- Maintain accurate customer records, quotations and sales documentation.
- Provide regular updates to management on sales activity, customer opportunities and ongoing projects.
- Represent Nu-Vue professionally and contribute to a positive, team-oriented work setting.





What We're Looking For

- Previous experience in outside sales, estimating, customer service or a related role is an asset.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable taking measurements, working with numbers and interpreting drawings or project specifications.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple customers, projects and deadlines.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new software.
- Professional, reliable and solutions-oriented.
- Valid driver's licence and ability to travel to customer locations and job sites.

The successful candidate will build strong customer relationships, consistently develop sales opportunities, prepare accurate quotations and work collaboratively with our internal teams to ensure projects move smoothly from sale to completion.

Pay: $100,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
