Who We’re Looking For:

- At least 6 months of experience in automotive sales or another commission‑based sales environment
- Passion for sales, customer service, and building long‑term relationships
- Motivated, competitive, professional, and ready to thrive in a fast‑paced dealership workplace
- Valid VSA license and BC Class 5 driver’s license with a clean abstract
- Strong ability to create customer loyalty,



generate referrals, and maintain long‑term relationships
- Excited to learn and confidently present Hyundai vehicles, features, technology, and electrified options
- Proficiency with MS Office, Outlook, and CRM systems such as DealerSocket or similar

Schedule: Full‑Time

Compensation: $80,000-$200,000 per year (Full Commission)

What Your Day Will Look Like:

- Promote and sell new Hyundai and pre‑owned vehicles with a customer‑focused approach
- Become a Hyundai product expert and confidently educate customers on vehicle features, technology, trims, options, and available finance solutions
- Help customers explore Hyundai’s range of gas, hybrid, and electric vehicle options to find the right fit for their lifestyle and needs
- Complete all sales documentation accurately and efficiently
- Stay informed on Hyundai products, programs, incentives, technology, and industry trends
- Develop new business throughout Abbotsford and the Fraser Valley through prospecting, referrals, and follow‑up
- Maintain ongoing communication with customers to build trust, loyalty, repeat business, and long‑term relationships
