We're looking for a Property Field Adjuster to join our team in Regina, Saskatchewan. In this role, you'll help policyholders navigate property claims with fairness, empathy, and professionalism. You'll investigate losses, assess coverage, determine claim value, and negotiate settlements, all while delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

- Investigate, analyze, and evaluate property claims.
- Conduct site inspections and gather information related to losses.
- Review policy coverage and determine claim eligibility and settlement recommendations.
- Negotiate and resolve claims in accordance with company standards and provincial licensing requirements.
- Maintain accurate claim documentation, reports, billing records, and expense records.
- Deliver timely updates and exceptional service to policyholders, clients, and stakeholders.




- Build and maintain strong client relationships through professional communication and collaboration.

Qualifications

- 2- 5 years of functional and technical experience in an insurance environment
- Independent adjusting license or working towards CIP designation
- Post Secondary education in an insurance related field
- Knowledge of property claims will be considered an asset
- Proficient in maintaining accurate and detailed activity, transaction and reserve records
- Computer and reporting skills including Office 365, proficiency in using Excel.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Strong analytical and mathematical ability
- Able to manage multiple priorities
- Must be a team player with a strong commitment to quality and customer service

Pay: $70,000.00-$97,300.00 per year

Licence/Certification:
