Signage & Print Production Specialist
Full-Time

We are looking for a practical, detail-oriented production person to join our team. We produce everything from business cards and banners to storefront signage, vehicle graphics, wood signs, window graphics Etc.

This is a hands-on position for someone who takes pride in quality work, enjoys variety, and can keep jobs moving from production through finishing.

What you’ll do

- Operate digital printing, large-format printing, and finishing equipment.
- Produce signs, banners, decals, window graphics, and other printed products.
- Laminate, trim, mount, weed, mask, and apply vinyl graphics.
- Prepare substrates and assemble finished signage.
- Read work orders and check files, dimensions, materials, and quantities before production.
- Check colour, alignment, finishing, and overall quality.
- Assist with installations, packaging, and shipping.
- Keep the production area clean and organized.
- Coordinate with the team to meet deadlines and flag issues early.

What we’re looking for

- Previous experience in sign production, commercial printing, or a related trade.




- Confidence using production tools and working accurately with measurements.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage several jobs.
- Reliability, initiative, and clear communication.
- Ability to safely handle rolls, sheets, and finished signs.
- A valid driver’s license for installation and delivery duties.

Experience with RIP software, Adobe Illustrator, vinyl cutters, laminators, CNC routers, or sign installation is an asset. Tell us which equipment and processes you know.
