Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated Farm Laborer to join our agricultural team. This role involves working outdoors in various weather conditions to support the daily operations of the farm. The Farm Laborer will assist with planting, harvesting, maintenance, and general farm tasks to ensure the smooth and efficient running of farm activities. This position offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in agriculture and farm machinery operation within a energetic agricultural environment.

- Operate and manage a range of farm machinery, including tractors, seeders, sprayers, grain carts, trucks, semis, and other equipment.
- Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and repairs to ensure the smooth operation of all equipment.
- Conduct regular yard and building maintenance to maintain a safe and organized work environment.
- Perform general farm errands and duties as required.

Requirements for this position include:

- A valid Class 5 driver’s license, with a 1A license being an asset.
- Willingness and eligibility to obtain a 1A license in the long term.




- Ability to work extended hours during peak farming seasons, such as seeding and harvest.
- Capability to perform medium physical labor, including lifting, shoveling grain, climbing, and other tasks.
- Demonstrate responsibility, reliability, and ability to work independently.
- Functional knowledge of technology, including iPads, computers, GPS, and mechanics.
