Job Summary

Responsibilities

- Construct and install framing for walls, floors, and roofs according to blueprints and schematics.
- Utilize power tools and hand tools safely and effectively to complete framing tasks.
- Collaborate with other construction team members to ensure projects are completed on time and meet quality standards.
- Engage in concrete forming and finishing tasks as required for various projects.
- Conduct heavy lifting of materials as necessary while adhering to safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean and organized work workplace, ensuring tools and materials are stored properly.

Skills

- Proficient in blueprint reading and understanding schematics for accurate construction execution.
- Experience with siding installation is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques and practices.




- Familiarity with concrete forming processes and concrete finishing techniques.
- Ability to operate power tools safely, including saws, drills, and nail guns.
- Physical stamina for heavy lifting and standing for extended periods during work shifts.
- Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues on-site.

Pay: $18.00-$30.00 per hour
