We are hiring for General Labourer roles in Windsor.

ABOUT THE POSITION

We are currently seeking reliable General Labourers to support landscaping projects across Windsor and surrounding areas. This is an on-demand, part-time role, with shifts scheduled based on client needs

JOB DESCRIPTION :

- Assist with general landscaping duties (clean-up, material handling, site prep)
- Load, move, and distribute materials using tools such as wheelbarrows
- Support crews with digging, lifting, and basic outdoor labour
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment




- Follow instructions from site supervisors

REQUIREMENTS / CERTIFICATIONS

- Ability to perform physical labour in outdoor environments
- Comfortable lifting, carrying, and using equipment like wheelbarrows
- Reliable and punctual with flexible availability
- Steel-toe boots required
- Valid driver’s license is an asset (may impact pay rate depending on location)

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

Employment Type : Part-time, on-call / as-needed basis

Schedule : Shifts vary depending on client demand

Hourly wage : $18.00-$19.00/hour (paid weekly; higher pay may be offered for distant job sites or if driving is required)
