GrayRock Contracting Inc is looking for a motivated and reliable Skilled Labourer to join our growing civil construction team. This role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of projects including site development, utility installation, and earthworks.

Responsibilities :

- Assist with civil construction projects including excavation, grading, and site preparation
- Install underground utilities (water, sewer, storm)
- Operate small equipment (skid steer, packers, etc.)
- Read and work with grades and elevations
- Support crew with general labour tasks and site cleanup
- Follow all safety procedures and company standards

Requirements :





- Previous experience in civil construction is preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
- Basic understanding of grades and site layout is an asset
- Experience operating small equipment is an asset
- Valid driver’s license is considered a robust asset
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites
