We are looking for skilled remodeling professionals with at least 3 years of experience in one or more residential finishing and renovation trades. We specialize in remodeling and repairing existing structures on sites that require craftsmanship, adaptability, and a customer-first attitude.
Key Responsibilities
Perform high-quality remodeling and finishing work in residential settings.
Read and follow product and system installation instructions accurately.
Plan and execute tasks in the correct order of operations, understanding how each step affects the next.
Adjust to changing job priorities and site conditions as needed.Interact professionally with customers and peers, maintaining a friendly and respectful demeanor.
Work independently or as part of a team to achieve project goals.
Required Skills and Experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in one or more of the following: Framing, Drywall hanging and taping, Interior/exterior painting, Window and door installation,
Baseboard and casing installation, Railing and stairs, Fences and decks, Siding, soffit and fascia installation, Tile setting, Flooring installation
Qualifications
Reliable transportation to project sites or designated meeting points.
Basic tool belt and personal hand tools.
Solid understanding of remodeling workflows and their downstream effects.
Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship.
Ability to communicate clearly and take direction.
Dependable, punctual, and safety-conscious.
