- Assist with landscape maintenance tasks including, trimming shrubs, low hanging tree branches, planting, edging, weeding, and mulching
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently for various landscaping projects
- Perform gardening tasks such as planting, pruning, and soil preparation
- Support team members in executing large-scale landscape projects and site improvements
- Ensure safety protocols are followed during all activities to maintain a safe work environment
Experience/Qualifications
- Prior experience with landscaping, gardening, or horticulture is preferred but not required; training will be provided for specific equipment use
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and basic mechanical knowledge is advantageous
- Experience operating construction equipment is a plus
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic with attention to detail and safety standards
- Are able to lift 50-70lbs
- Have own Vehicle
- Valid "G" License
