Overview

Duties

- Work mainly with technicians; providing estimates, availability and distributing parts
- Assist customers in identifying and purchasing the correct automotive parts for their vehicles
- Provide excellent customer service by answering inquiries, providing product information, and offering recommendations
- Utilize a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to manage inventory and track parts availability.
- Communicate effectively with both customers and team members to ensure accurate order processing.
- Negotiate prices and terms with customers to facilitate sales while maintaining profitability.
- Process sales transactions using Point of Sale (POS) systems efficiently.
- Maintain an organized parts department, ensuring that all inventory is accurately labeled and stored.
- Stay updated on new products, industry trends, and automotive repair techniques to provide informed recommendations.

Pay: $50,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
