- Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate products/services
- Prepare quotes, follow up on leads, and close sales
- Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on new offerings
- Process orders, and collect payments accurately
- Coordinate with internal teams (production/installation/accounting) to ensure smooth project execution and payment collection on time.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
Requirements :
- Previous experience in sales or customer service preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to understand technical products (training will be provided)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High school diploma or equivalent (post-secondary is an asset)
Preferred (Nice to Have)
- Experience in construction, glass, cabinetry
- Knowledge of measurements, drawings, or estimating
- Experience working with contractors, builders, or walk-in clients
