- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee, tea, and specialty beverages following company standards
- Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, for accurate cash handling and transaction processing
- Take customer orders efficiently while providing friendly and attentive service
- Handle cash transactions accurately using basic math skills
- Maintain cleanliness of the work area, including food preparation surfaces and equipment
- Ensure food safety standards are consistently met during food handling and serving
- Assist with food preparation and food service tasks as needed
- Manage time effectively to serve customers promptly during busy periods
- Uphold food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures at all times
Requirements :
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Basic math skills for cash handling and POS transactions
- Knowledge of Micros POS systems is a plus
