This Entry-level Customer Service Representative role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, explaining services clearly, and being part of a team that values training, growth starting from an entry-level role, and performance. In this entry-level role, you’ll interact directly with customers in person, answer questions, and guide them through service options while creating a positive and professional experience.

What You’ll Do as an Entry-Level Customer Service Representative

- Engage with customers through structured outreach initiatives across assigned local areas, representing the company with care at all times as an Entry-Level Customer Service Representative
- Introduce internet, wireless, and bundled service options and tailor packages to each customer's needs
- Assess customer needs, usage habits, and preferences to recommend appropriate service solutions
- Support the full customer onboarding process from first interaction through service activation
- Ensure all documentation, service details, and timelines are completed accurately




- Collaborate with fellow team members and leadership to effectively grow from an entry-level role into a senior role in the company
- Share feedback and insights with the team to improve outreach effectiveness and customer satisfaction

- Car and drivers licence is required for daily commute to the office
