Front Desk Receptionist, Part -time

Location : Ancaster, ON (In-Person Role) Clinic : Rejuvenate Cosmetic Clinic & Spa

Rejuvenate Cosmetic Clinic & Spa is seeking a dynamic, professional, and highly organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our busy medical spa team.

As the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming, polished, and positive experience while supporting the operational and sales needs of the clinic.

This role is ideal for someone who excels in customer service and sales, and takes pride in maintaining high professional standards.

Saturday availability is required , with flexibility for weekday and evening shifts as needed.

Job Summary

This position offers the opportunity to grow within a supportive and expanding medical spa environment.

Responsibilities :

- Greet and check in clients warmly and professionally
- Create a positive first impression for all visitors
- Manage incoming calls with excellent phone etiquette
- Schedule, modify, and confirm appointments using spa booking software
- Maintain an organized and professional front desk area
- Manage payments, operate POS systems, balance cash, and handle transactions accurately
- Assist with retail sales, product recommendations, and service upselling
- Support pre-booking and long-term client retention strategies
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide information on treatments and services
- Support merchandising and ensure promotional materials are well displayed
- Assist with inventory control and light operational duties
- Support social media engagement (Instagram, Facebook)
- Assist with Canva-based content creation (as needed)




- Perform administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and record maintenance
- Uphold clinic policies, procedures, and customer service standards
- Maintain efficiency and professionalism under pressure

Qualifications (required)

- High school diploma
- Minimum 2 years of spa reception experience
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
- Basic knowledge of medical spa treatments and services
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
- Experience with POS systems and cashiering
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Familiarity with spa booking software
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to upsell products and services professionally
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Saturday availability (mandatory)

Preferred / Assets

- Diploma in Medical Aesthetics or Spa Management
- Retail or technical sales experience
- Experience managing business social media accounts
- Canva experience
- Merchandising experience
- Additional languages (asset, not required)
- Administrative experience (2+ years preferred)
