Job description : Receptionist Client Services

Ottawa MediSPA Trainyards is looking for a dynamic, friendly, outgoing, committed individual to work part time as our Client Services Receptionist.

We are looking for someone who has a passion for the Spa industry and has a proven history of customer service in a fast paced environment. We are looking for a mature individual who can work approximately 5 days per week .

- Required Qualifications/Skills:_
- Professional, mature demeanor
- Customer Service background
- Excellent Time Management Skills
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Ability to Multi-Task
- Team Player
- Point of Sale experience (cash inflow and outflow)
- Retail Sales experience an asset
- Bilingual an asset and preferred
- Minimum 1 years Hospitality or Spa/Salon Experience
- Ability to work days, evenings and Saturdays
