Keep The Queen’s Cue guest-ready as a Maintenance Technician in Stratford, using hands-on repairs and preventative maintenance. This is a full time opening team role.

Reporting to the Rooms Division Manager, you will maintain guest rooms, public spaces, event venues, the Boar’s Head Pub, and back-of-house areas. The work includes routine repairs, equipment troubleshooting, inspections, contractor support, and property upkeep. You will help protect guest experiences while supporting opening readiness.

Key Responsibilities:

- Complete daily walkthroughs across guest and operational areas
- Perform scheduled preventative maintenance according to hotel standards
- Complete minor plumbing, lighting, drywall, painting, and hardware repairs




- Respond to guest and departmental maintenance requests promptly
- Record work orders, inspections, issues, and maintenance activity

Requirements:
- Experience in general maintenance or building operations
- Comfort using hand and power tools
- Experience with routine repairs and basic troubleshooting
- Ability to lift and carry items up to 50 pounds
- Availability for daytime, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts
