We are seeking a motivated and tech-savvy individual to join our team as a Social Media and Computer Tech Assistant.

As a Social Media and Computer Tech Assistant at Fireside Grill, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our online presence and supporting our technology needs. You will work closely with our management team to manage social media accounts, create engaging content, and assist with various tech-related tasks to ensure our operations run smoothly.Key Responsibilities: Social Media Management :

- Create and curate content for our social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter, to promote our restaurant and engage with our community.
- Schedule and publish posts that showcase our menu items, events, and special promotions.
- Monitor social media channels for customer interactions, responding promptly to comments and inquiries.
- Analyze social media metrics and prepare reports to assess performance, making recommendations for improvement.

Tech Support :

- Provide basic technical support for staff, assisting with troubleshooting of hardware and software issues as they arise.
- Maintain and update the restaurant's database and ensure data accuracy.
- Assist in managing the restaurant's website, including content updates and minor technical enhancements.




- Help with the setup and maintenance of computer systems and point-of-sale equipment.

Content Creation :

- Collaborate with the management team to produce eye-catching graphics and visuals for social media posts and promotional materials.

- Write and edit content for the restaurant’s blog, newsletters, and other communications as needed.Qualifications:

- Proficient in using social media platforms and understanding best practices for engagement in the hospitality industry.

- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and troubleshooting techniques.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.

- Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.

- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

- A passion for food, technology, and social media trends.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Education:

- Recommended: Degree in Marketing, IT, Communications, or related field; or equivalent experience
