Full-Time Real Estate Assistant (GTA) - $50,000-$70,000 | Driver Required | Trilingual Preferred

About the Role

This is not just an assistant role.

We are looking for someone who wants to grow in the real estate industry, learn hands-on, and work closely with a top-performing agent in the GTA.

You will be directly involved in real transactions, client service, and daily operations — not just administrative work.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Coordinate property showings (BrokerBay scheduling)
- Prepare and support open houses (signs, feature sheets, setup)
- Follow up with clients after showings
- Assist with listing preparation (staging, cleaning, photography coordination)
- Manage keys, deposits, and documents
- Distribute marketing materials (Just Listed / Open House / Just Sold flyers)
- Handle day-to-day operations and client service tasks

Requirements :

- Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle (required)
- Real estate license (preferred, not mandatory)
- Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
- Strong communication and time management skills

Compensation

$50,000 - $70,000 per year (based on experience)

- Performance-based bonus
