UX Blogs Auto Group is a Vancouver-based automotive dealership helping drivers find the right vehicle with honest advice and zero pressure. We believe car buying should feel straightforward and even enjoyable—and our sales team makes that happen. We're growing and looking for an Automotive Sales Consultant who loves cars and people in equal measure.

As our Automotive Sales Consultant, you'll guide customers through the vehicle-buying journey—understanding their needs, matching them with the right vehicle, arranging test drives, and closing deals with confidence and integrity. You'll work in our showroom, build lasting relationships, and follow up with past customers. If you're driven, personable, and ready to earn what you're worth, this is the role for you.

Responsibilities

- Greet customers and understand their needs, budget, and preferences
- Recommend vehicles and features that fit each customer
- Arrange and conduct test drives
- Present pricing, financing options, and trade-in evaluations
- Negotiate and close sales professionally




- Follow up with leads and past customers to build repeat business
- Maintain product knowledge on inventory and current promotions
- Keep the showroom and vehicle displays presentable

Requirements

- 1+ years of sales or customer-facing experience (automotive sales an asset)
- Genuine interest in vehicles and the automotive industry
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Solid negotiation skills and a results-driven mindset
- Professional, approachable manner
- Valid driver's licence with a clean record
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as required
- VSA certification is an asset (we can help the right candidate obtain it)

Pay: $84,100.00-$149,000.00 per year
