Early Morning Warehouse Dock Workers Needed | $17/hr | 4AM to Noon
Agilus by Synergie is recruiting for a Courier Dock Worker in the logistics industry in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia.
We are currently seeking reliable and hardworking Courier Dock Workers to join a fast-paced warehouse and transportation operation in Dartmouth. This role involves loading and unloading courier freight, sorting shipments, and assisting with dock operations to ensure packages move efficiently and safely throughout the facility.
Total rewards:

- $17.00 hourly
- Early morning shifts - 4:00am start
- Weekly pay + 4% vacation pay
- Monday to Friday shifts, no weekends!

Responsibilities:

- Load and unload courier trucks and trailers
- Sort, scan, and organize packages and freight
- Move shipments throughout the warehouse using manual handling equipment
- Ensure freight is loaded accurately and securely
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow company health and safety procedures
- Assist with general warehouse duties as required





Successful candidates will have:

- Previous warehouse or dock experience is considered an asset
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Solid attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation to arrive for a 4:00 AM start time
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
