AUTOMOTIVE SUBPRIME FINANCE EXPERIENCE REQUIRED.
This opportunity is exclusively for experienced Automotive Subprime Finance Managers and Directors. Previous hands-on dealership finance experience is mandatory. Applicants without automotive finance experience will not be considered.
We're looking for a self-sufficient producer who can take a customer from the first conversation to a funded deal with little to no supervision.
You don't need someone managing your pipeline or telling you how to structure deals. You need inventory, lenders, leads and a team that handles the logistics so you can focus on producing.
WHAT WE PROVIDE
- Extensive Inventory: Access to 400+ vehicles, including Ford and CDJR options.
- Established Lenders: Prime and non-prime financing relationships.
- Leads & Marketing: Existing lead generation, marketing and CRM infrastructure.
- Vehicle Preparation: Mechanical, recon, inspections and vehicle readiness handled by our team.
- Logistics & Delivery: Transportation, customer deliveries and insurance/registration coordination.
- Administrative Support: Digital documentation and operational assistance.
- Growth Potential: Scale your own production or build a team of sales representatives.
WHAT YOU BRING
- Proven success in automotive subprime and special finance.
- Deep lender knowledge and advanced deal structuring skills.
- Ability to independently manage sales, finance, approvals, stipulations and funding.
- Strong closing ability and an understanding of front- and back-end gross.
- Self-discipline, accountability and the ability to operate without micromanagement.
- Your own book of business, referrals or lead sources are a major advantage.
