Grandcity Autobody(Richmond) Ltd is an I.C.B.C Car Shop and have been operating collision repair facility serving Greater Vancouver for 30 years.
Now we are looking for a full time Estimator and Estimator Assistant supporting repair estimates and helping customer with insurance paperwork.
Duties
- Assist with preparing and reviewing repair estimates, including labor hours, parts and paint material
- Explain estimate details and repair options clearly, respond to customer questions, and provide attentive service.
- Enter data and prepare estimate report to ICBC
- Check parts prices with suppliers
- Help communicate with customers and ICBC
- Support the repair team and follow up on job progress
Qualifications
. Good spoken Cantonese/Mandarin and English
. Valid BC driving license
. Experience in auto body repair,
car parts , or vehicle estimating is an advantage
. Basic knowledge of cars and vehicle damage
