Door-to-Door Marketing/Sales Rep – Alpenglow Painting (Whistler, BC)

Pay: $25/hr base + $50 per qualified estimate booked. Earn $30–50/hr total.
Hours: Flexible. Minimum 8 hrs/week. Evenings and weekends work best.
Start: Now, ongoing.

About us
Alpenglow Painting is a local painting company serving Whistler, BC. We’re growing and need someone to help us to market our services to the community.

What you’ll do

- Knock doors in Whistler neighbourhoods and talk to homeowners about their painting and wood restoration needs
- Log and track routes, conversations, leads and notes in our app

What counts as a qualified estimate

- The homeowner or decision-maker agrees to the appointment
- The property is in our service area
- The project is real and within a reasonable timeframe
- The estimate actually takes place (commission pays once we’ve completed it)

You’ll do well here if you

- Are comfortable starting conversations with strangers and can handle a “no”
- Are reliable and self-motivated,



since you’ll be working mostly alone
- Are comfortable being on your feet and walking briskly for 4-8 hours in a row in a variety of weather conditions (hot, cold, rain, snow, etc.)

Requirements

- 16+ and legally eligible to work in Canada
- A smartphone
- Own transportation preferred
- Previous marketing or sales experience an asset.
- No painting experience needed. We train you, and training time is paid.
