Snow Valley Ford is hiring a Full-Time Tire & Lube Technician to join our Service team!

You'll be responsible for performing tire services, oil changes, routine maintenance, and minor repairs with precision and enthusiasm. Responsibilities Include:

- Perform oil and filter changes on all makes and models
- Replace oil, air, and fuel filters as required
- Repair, mount, balance, and rotate tires
- Lubricate moving components and perform routine maintenance on cars, SUVs, and trucks
- Inspect vehicles and provide recommendations based on vehicle assessments
- Identify and recommend additional products or services when appropriate
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Provide dependable,



quality workmanship while helping keep our customers safely on the road

Experience

- Previous dealership or automotive repair experience is highly preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience using hand tools and power tools.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely as part of tire installation or vehicle maintenance tasks.
- Familiarity with automotive maintenance procedures and basic repairs.
- Willingness to learn new skills and stay updated on automotive industry standards.

Pay: $51,000.00-$57,000.00 per year
