As Clinic Manager, you will oversee business operations from consultation through treatment and follow-up. You will manage P&L;, administrative teams, capacity, patient flow, and inventory. Partnering with medical, laboratory, and nursing leaders, you will coordinate care and improve access.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own the patient journey from consultation through treatment and follow-up
- Improve communication, handoffs, feedback, and Net Promoter Score
- Plan capacity, staffing, schedules, space, equipment, and inventory
- Manage P&L;, spending, monthly results, and budget variances
- Lead teams, hiring, onboarding, performance,



and succession planning

Requirements:

- Three to five years of healthcare clinic management experience
- Robust preference for fertility clinic management experience
- Business operations, scheduling, inventory, and people management experience
- Strong relationship-building, communication, and people skills
- Knowledge of safe, inclusive 2SLGBTQIA+ environments
