We’re looking for baristas who already knows their way around a café.

Bean North is a busy, community-focused café known for high-quality coffee, great food, and a strong, reliable team. This role is ideal for someone who’s confident behind the bar and can step in without needing hand-holding.

What you’ll be doing:

- Dialing in espresso and preparing high-quality coffee drinks
- Providing friendly, efficient customer service
- Handling cash and POS transactions
- Keeping the bar clean, stocked, and running smoothly
- Supporting the team during busy rushes

What we’re looking for:

- Previous barista experience is required
- Looking for Thursdays, Fridays and occasional shift coverage on weekends

- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team




- Able to stay calm and effective during busy periods
- Strong customer service skills
- Reliable and able to pick up shifts when needed
- Must have reliable transportation (no public transit access)
