Who we are
The Tri-agency grants management solution (TGMS) is a tri-agency project between the Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council (NSERC), the Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council (SSHRC), and the Canadian Institutes of Health Research (CIHR). TGMS will replace outdated systems, address technical debt and performance issues which are becoming increasingly difficult to manage. The project will provide a common, end-to-end, up-to-date, client-centric solution which will improve the user experience and reduce the administrative burden and barriers for its users. TGMS will also optimize data management and support harmonization of processes, facilitate program collaboration between the Agencies and improve responsiveness to government priorities. An overview of the project is summarized here.
